Sometimes being vegan makes you feel isolated, as the majority of people eat animal products. But, there are a lot of people out there who feel the same as you do! Social media is a great way to connect with others who share your sentiments concerning animals.

Below are five of my favorite vegan Instagram accounts that I follow, and you should follow them too! It’s always fun to see a post in your scrolling that shares your interests. And no, they aren’t full of sad images. Some of these are vegan humor, some are full of interesting facts, and some just make you say, “Thank goodness, someone else gets it!”

@veganmattresssquad  — The owner of this page finds abandoned mattresses and writes fascinating statistics on them for all to see concerning the meat and dairy industries.

@veganoutreach — A mix of everything for vegans: humor, interesting facts, recipes, cute animal pictures, & encouragement.

@vegansidekick — The artist of this page write comic strips that will really get you thinking (and hopefully gets meat eaters thinking). These comics are based more on the lack of logic surrounding the killing of animals than humor, and they’re definitely worth checking out.

 

@veganstreet — This page is also a mix of everything, with ideas for recipes, interesting facts, and ideas to help you live a life free from cruelty.

@misteruncertain — The most compelling aspect of this Instagram account are the words written below the pictures. The writer of these captions writes beautifully and with such passion. His words are intelligent, compelling, and full of logic and reason.
